For instance: if you need more m2 you can remove the side porch of 4,05 m2 and give the additional m2 to the bedroom or to the lounge. For few money you can add more building surface… this is only one of the options. We have a large catalogue for choosing kitchens, bathrooms, tiles... and with the possibility of changes paying the difference at cost price. Optional extras are available and the list is endless, for this reason we will discuss individually with clients their specific extra requirements.
